On Thursday, January 18 at 7:00 pm, Carol Strozier, a certified and registered Alexander Technique teacher, will return to explain and demonstrate how to achieve a balanced body and mind, and better health and positive well-being. The Alexander Technique works by helping to identify and prevent the harmful postural habits that can cause or aggravate pain or dysfunction. Learn to release tension and rediscover balance of mind and body. Wear comfortable clothing.
